Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. The location was great, especially for the kids, but the rooms were basic and needed some serious cleaning. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help out, but I felt the service could have been more attentive. Unfortunately, the dining experience was quite frustrating, and I didn't get the value I expected for the price I paid.

The rooms were quite basic and unfortunately not very clean upon arrival. There were dirty towels left behind and even some Gatorade bottles in the corner. The beds were comfortable, but we had issues with the shower having no hot water and a trickling leak that was never addressed during our stay.

The staff were friendly and made an effort to assist us, especially when we needed help finding alternative accommodation. However, overall, the service felt lacking since no action was taken regarding our room issues.

The location had some fun amenities for the kids, and the hot tub was really nice and relaxing. However, there was also a lot of noise from partying guests during our stay, which made it hard to enjoy the space.
